About the Role
The Graduate Sales Development Representative is a crucial position in our organization, responsible for finding customer projects that fit our product lines and spreading the good name of Canonical across multiple industries and geographies.
* Key responsibilities include handling inbound customer inquiries, executing outbound sales and marketing campaigns, traveling to events and conferences worldwide, presenting on booths and driving face-to-face marketing and sales opportunities, collaborating across multiple teams and senior stakeholders, working directly with marketing on campaigns, researching information about prospective customers, generating a multi-million pound pipeline, identifying prospects and market trends, helping define processes and policies for the team, liaising with new and existing customers, setting up and attending meetings while actively mapping accounts to identify new opportunities, and accurately creating, updating, maintaining and nurturing leads on global opportunities.
