You will be responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining computer hardware, software, systems, and networks for all employees. You will serve as the first point of contact for internal IT support requests, providing timely troubleshooting and resolution for Windows, macOS, and mobile devices.
You will also manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls across Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, and other SaaS platforms. Additionally, you will support the deployment and integration of new productivity and collaboration tools, including project management software and AI-driven solutions.
Main Responsibilities:
* Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, systems, and networks for all employees.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should have:
* A working level of spoken and written English.
* Proven experience in IT support, systems administration, or a similar role, preferably in a startup or fast-paced environment.
* Deep knowledge of computer systems, networks, operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux), and cloud platforms (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365).
* Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills; ability to solve problems independently and communicate solutions clearly.
