Senior Scrum Master - Customer Data Ecosystem
You have the skills and expertise to succeed in this role. We are seeking a skilled Senior Scrum Master to lead our customer data ecosystem teams.
1. Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives for the teams
2. Remove obstacles and impediments that hinder team progress ensuring smooth workflows.
3. Coach the team on Agile principles and practices ensuring adherence to frameworks
4. Collaborate with product owners to manage backlog ensure clear communication of requirements
5. Promote culture of continuous improvement within the team encouraging adoption of Agile best practices
