As a critical member of our team, the Key Account Manager plays a pivotal role in fostering strong client relationships.
* Identify and onboard new VIP clients through proactive prospecting and networking initiatives.
* Support senior team members in managing VIP client relationships, ensuring exceptional satisfaction levels.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement tailored engagement strategies that drive player loyalty.
Responsibilities include working closely with senior stakeholders to develop and execute customized VIP incentives, promotions, and personalized offers. Regularly monitor key performance indicators such as betting volume, customer acquisition cost (CAC), retention rates, and customer lifetime value (LTV).
