This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and skilled Account Manager to develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, serving as the primary interface between their accounts and our company.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a proven track record in account management within the iGaming industry, and fluency in Spanish at a native level (Portuguese fluency a plus).
This role involves taking ownership of customer commercial strategies, driving revenue growth, and meeting set targets, goals, and objectives. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating tailored account plans that maximize long- and short-term share of wallet and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities include:
* Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key customers
* Taking ownership of customer commercial strategies
* Creating tailored account plans to maximize share of wallet and customer satisfaction
* Cultivating trusted advisor relationships with customers
* Ensuring timely and successful delivery of our gaming solutions according to customer needs and objectives
* Producing accurate monthly revenue forecasts and reports
* Fostering lasting, high-quality relationships with customers at all levels
* Promoting our brand and participating in major industry events, conferences, and seminars
Requirements:
* Fluency in Spanish at a native level (Portuguese fluency a plus)
* Knowledge of the LATAM market an asset
* Proven experience in account management within the iGaming industry
* Able to promote casino games (B2B) and drive business growth
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Understanding of the iGaming industry, particularly slots
* Ability to prioritize tasks, work independently, and travel frequently within South America
* Problem-solving and negotiation aptitude
