About The Team You’ll be joining the JINGDONG Property team, which values collaboration, ownership, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Category / Brand Planning: Based on the current status and characteristics of the assigned category/brand, industry trends, platform features, consumer insights, sales data, and business strategy, conduct industry insights, data analysis, iteration, and strategic goal breakdown to plan category structures (e.g., category layout, brand structure, product line structure), formulate category strategies and development plans, and define corresponding growth strategies. Procurement and Sales Planning: Develop sales plans, business objectives, and operational timelines for the category/brand, reverse-engineer new product development based on user demand, and meet market and consumer needs to achieve strategic business goals. Based on the sales plan, assess supplier production capacity, formulate procurement plans, and manage inventory to ensure business targets are met. Product Procurement: Based on the defined product strategy, category, and market conditions, conduct comprehensive research, visits, and analysis across the entire industry, sales channels, product categories, and price segments to source high-quality suppliers or brand partners. Negotiate product pricing, rebate policies, and other terms with suppliers, and allocate products across all sales channels to ensure a stable supply of quality products, maximize sales and profit, and meet consumer demand. Supplier Management: Manage the full lifecycle of supplier operations, including onboarding, performance evaluation, and replacement, in line with the defined strategy. Establish mechanisms for supplier negotiations, rebate and cost management, and regular business reviews. Oversee logistics from supplier to JD warehouses (including delivery timelines, carriers, fulfillment methods, and understanding supplier production bases and warehouse networks). Review and sign annual contracts, and manage after-sales service for supplier products. Product Operations and Marketing: Based on market competition and brand strategy, manage core product operations such as product listing/removal, availability status, and label creation. Develop and adjust pricing strategies for products within the category. Collaborate with suppliers to optimize product detail pages, store presentation, main images, ad copy, live streaming, and short videos to enhance user experience. Participate in marketing campaigns and product promotion based on category and brand strategy to improve conversion rates and reinforce JD’s value-for-money positioning. Business Analysis: Based on the performance of the category/brand, conduct data analysis to develop feasible improvement plans and achieve strategic business objectives.
