You must be willing to work in the office at least two days per week on Wednesdays and Thursdays, starting the week of September 1st, 2025, when our São Paulo office opens.ResponsibilitiesEnsure high-quality data for decision systems, using risk vendors and internal models to provide actionable insights for risk management and customer experience improvements.Develop low-latency decision systems for risk assessment during onboarding, payments, authentication, and in-app processes, leveraging machine learning models.Build in-product tools to enhance decision systems while making risk management unobtrusive.Create systems for comprehensive customer due diligence, including KYC, sanctions, adverse media, PEP, and AML monitoring.Minimum RequirementsProficiency in at least one programming language such as Kotlin, Go, Python, or Java.
