A successful Stills Finance Sr Director is a business partner who co-leads the LatAm Stills strategy, maximizes System’s value through an integrated understanding of the business, and enhances people’s experience.The position requires a solid understanding of P&L dynamics, Financial Modeling, Value Chain Analysis, Financial Planning, Business Intelligence, and ROI analysis.Data-driven with strong analytical skills and effective communication are essential for fulfilling these responsibilities. The ideal candidate will support key strategic and transformational initiatives to accelerate Stills business growth in Brazil and South Cone while managing core FP&A processes.The Sr Director will foster close collaboration with bottlers in Brazil and South Cone to align business opportunities and manage various business models related to the Stills categories. No relocation assistance provided.Focus, Scope & Impact:Strengthen franchise relationships with Brazilian and South Cone bottlers and manage the complexities of the five Joint Ventures.Support business transformation initiatives in collaboration with KO Stills Leadership and Bottler teams.Partner with Category teams (Marketing, Operations, Finance, etc.) to accelerate portfolio opportunities for the Stills Business.Manage the Stills Business alongside GMs by providing performance insights, assessing risks and opportunities, supporting financial valuations, and working on projections like LRP, Business Plan, and Rolling Estimates.Enhance team members' experience within the Stills Finance team.Functional activities include:Modeling leadership according to the "Leadership in the Network" framework.Providing a holistic understanding of business performance within the franchise.Applying a fact-based, analytical, strategic approach to cross-franchise collaboration.Deliver core financial strategies, practices, and solutions to sustainably grow business profitability.Serve as a role model and contribute to team development.Required work experience:10+ years of leadership experience in Finance, including areas like Commercial Finance, Business Partnering, Category/Market Finance, Analysis, and Business Development.>8 years of experience in Massive Consumption Companies, with a deep understanding of production, sales, and distribution processes.Proficiency in Financial Modeling and Valuation, with the ability to build models from scratch to support decision-making.Experience in Business Intelligence, designing processes and tools to convert raw data into actionable insights.Understanding of profitability dynamics and ability to anticipate impacts of strategies.Knowledge of bottling business dynamics is a plus but not required.Core mastery areas include:Influence and communication skills.Financial modeling and presentation skills.Understanding of production, selling, and distribution processes.Profitability management (P&L).Analytical thinking.Communication focus areas:Leadership and team management within the franchise.Management of local bottler teams (finance, commercial, etc.).Financial oversight of JV teams.Platform services.Languages:Fluent in Portuguese and Spanish and/or English.Skills include: Value Chain, Financial Modeling, Economics, Budgeting, GAAP, Group Problem Solving, Microsoft Office, Forecasting, Communication, Decision Making, Internal Auditing, Teamwork, Financial Analysis, Financial Report Preparation.
