Visual Creative Specialist
Create high-quality visual content for various social media platforms, including carousels, graphics, stories, and light video edits.
* Develop the visual identity of a new brand, ensuring consistency across different platforms.
* Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to interpret briefs and bring ideas to life in visually impactful ways.
* Transform existing content into diverse formats and trends.
* Work closely with writers, growth leads, and creators to design assets that feel fresh, social-first, and culturally relevant.
Requirements:
* At least 5 years of experience in graphic design for marketing or social media.
* Proficient in Figma, Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator (After Effects or Premiere a plus, but not required).
* A keen eye for layout, typography, and visual hierarchy.
* Able to design for social performance – balancing brand polish with native, engaging formats.
* Familiarity with AI design tools and interest in emerging creative technologies.
* Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
* Excellent communication skills and openness to collaboration and feedback.
* A strong work ethic and willingness to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
* Full written and spoken English proficiency.
