No matter your role, you will be part of a team that is building the future of agriculture – leading breakthroughs in the innovation and application of science and technology that will better the lives of people all over the world and fuel the progress of humankind.The IT Product Lead for Salesforce Integration provides product consultation to Corteva's Agile Product teams through collaboration with business and technology stakeholders and leads the integration of the enterprise Salesforce platform with other platforms.IT Product Leads are responsible for helping the business achieve its goals by bridging business strategy, process, and technology execution.Primary ResponsibilitiesLead the integration of the enterprise Salesforce platform with external systems like SAP/ERP, Eloqua, data warehouse, custom applications, etc.Collaborate with Business stakeholders, Platform Architect, Software Engineers, and Global Product Owners to inform and align on requirements.Analyze source/target system data with Salesforce objects/fields, confirm mappings, transformations, and additional data needs.Lead mapping and requirements discussions with business to confirm data integration and additional logic needs.Coordinate execution of integration scope, schedule, dependencies, and cross-collaboration within IT and business, maintaining transparency in reporting progress, challenges, and solutions.Create and maintain mapping documents to support integration.Collaborate with software engineers during integration development and support.Coordinate/lead user acceptance testing to confirm integrations are working.Own the product roadmap for Salesforce integration.Facilitate defining a rolling roadmap for multiple years along with OKRs and KPIs.Facilitate quarterly planning and business review.Create user stories for desired functionalities.Collaborate with IT Infrastructure & Operations to define release plans.Required ExpertiseBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a similar field.5+ years of Salesforce integration experience.Advanced knowledge of Salesforce web and mobile capabilities, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Salesforce Administration, VisualForce, Lightning Components, Salesforce APIs, APEX, Force.com, and AppExchange.Preferred experience with Azure Service Bus and Azure DevOps.Experience applying UX/UI best practices in website and mobile app design is a plus.Experience working with Agile methodologies.Ability to handle ambiguity and drive business evolution.Strong communication skills, especially in English, working with global, multicultural, and dispersed teams.
