Service Delivery Manager
About the Role
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the reporting and analytics strategy for our ServiceNow platform.
Key Responsibilities
* Developing and maintaining a comprehensive governance framework for ServiceNow reporting and analytics across all modules.
* Designing and standardizing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), reporting cadence, and data quality frameworks.
* Crafting dashboards and reports in Performance Analytics, Reporting, and Visualization tools to provide actionable insights.
* Delivering real-time service and performance metrics to support executive decision-making.
Requirements
* Minimum 3 years of experience in ServiceNow administration, with expertise in Performance Analytics, Reporting, or Data Visualization.
* Proven ability to design and develop reports across IT Service Management (ITSM), Customer Service Management (CSM), and Service Portfolio Management (SPM) modules.
* Strong knowledge of ServiceNow data models, tables, and Configuration Item Management Database (CMDB) relationships.
* Excellent collaboration, analytical, and communication skills to effectively convey complex information to stakeholders.
