About the Key Account Manager Role
Our organization is seeking an experienced and skilled Key Account Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic account plans to achieve sales targets, foster account growth, and identify new business opportunities.
* Developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions that meet their objectives.
* Identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts to maximize revenue generation.
* Preparing and presenting reports on account performance, sales forecasts, and market insights.
* Collaborating with product development teams to provide feedback and insights from clients, contributing to the development of new products/services.
Key Responsibilities:
* In Charge of Existing Clients (API Wholesale Online - API Retail Offline - WebShopping Account) Within the assigned territory.
* Acquisition of new key accounts within the assigned territory.
Requirements:
