Scrum Master Opportunity
We're seeking a skilled Agile Practitioner to facilitate Scrum ceremonies, support teams and improve Agile practices in our dynamic Product & Engineering environment.
This hands-on role is ideal for professionals who are comfortable working with distributed teams and collaborating closely with Agile leadership to drive business results.
* Ensure alignment with Agile principles by facilitating all Scrum ceremonies
* Support one Scrum team with potential responsibility for a second team
* Partner with an enterprise Agile Coach to improve team performance and delivery
* Aid in the implementation and adoption of SAFe practices
* Identify and escalate impediments impacting team progress
* Foster a culture of continuous improvement through experimentation and feedback
* Collaborate with mid-level managers and cross-functional team members across multiple regions
