You’ll be responsible for managing all aspects of key marketing partnerships, from developing strategic plans to execution, including leading strategic relationships, partnerships, and acquisitions into integrated consumer marketing plans that deliver results.
What You’ll Do for Us:
Drive bottler alignment on the marketing agenda: portfolio priorities, consumer insights, category/brand strategies, objectives, DME investments, activity calendars, including innovation projects and marketing campaigns, in partnership with leadership teams.
Provide input on operational and market-level portfolio strategies, brand plans, and local innovation opportunities.
Coordinate localization and amplification of campaigns within the franchise, providing input to the OU team.
Review and approve marketing plans, oversee local plans including POS activations, promotions, experiential marketing, and events.
Lead franchise marketing preparations and key meetings, showcasing best practices.
Lead cross-functional teams on projects, managing timelines and KPIs.
Act as a role model and provide direction to team members.
Qualification & Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree required
5+ years of brand management/marketing activation experience
Ability to leverage business, finance, and insights for campaign localization
Adaptability to changing environments and scenario planning
Effective communication and collaboration skills with internal and external partners
Strong project management skills
Experience working with cross-functional and cross-geographical teams is preferred
Experience leading marketing communication projects
Action-oriented, with quick reaction skills to change
Sense of urgency, flexibility, and adaptability to priorities
