The ideal candidate will possess profound expertise in IT Service Management and related technical areas.
 * Design, develop, and implement sophisticated solutions for Configuration Management Database, Discovery, and Service Mapping.
 * Experience with configuring and customizing ServiceNow applications and modules.
 * Lead the development of integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems.
 * Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
 * Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance.
 * Ensure adherence to best practices in coding, testing, and deployment.
 * Develop innovative solutions that maximize out-of-the-box features without requiring unnecessary customizations.
 * Promote the reuse of code, components, and proven patterns; Influence common modeling, design, and coding practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
 * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
 * 5-7 years of ServiceNow development experience with a focus on ITOM.
 * Strong knowledge of CMDB, CSDM, Discovery, Service Mapping, and Integrations.
 * Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Glide API, REST/SOAP integrations, and ServiceNow scripting.
 * Experience with automation and DevOps practices, familiarity with continuous integration (CI/CD), code versioning tools like Git, and Agile principles
 * Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
 * Ability to establish strong relationships internally and externally.
 * Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
 * Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
 * Knowledge of AI, Virtual Agent, Robot Process Automation (RPA).
