Key Responsibilities:
* Diversify recruitment channels by leveraging job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks to source top-notch candidates
* Conduct comprehensive interviews, assess qualifications, and identify the perfect fit for specific job roles
* Collaborate closely with our Service Delivery Manager and Managing Director to optimize the recruitment process and ensure seamless candidate experiences
* Maintain a consistent pipeline of talented candidates for future opportunities and foster lasting relationships with them
* Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers with ease and professionalism
* Ensure accurate and up-to-date candidate profiles in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for future reference and decision-making
Essential Qualifications:
* Proficiency in English and Brazilian Portuguese (spoken and written)
* Able to take on roles and source candidates across the entire Brazil market
* Proven experience recruiting internationally and adaptability with diverse roles
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously and work independently with minimal supervision
* Strong time management, responsiveness, and organizational skills
* Knowledge of best practices in recruitment and sourcing techniques
* Familiarity with ATS and recruitment software
