About the Position
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced sales professional with a background in the travel industry, to fill this key account management role.
As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our key clients, ensuring their needs are met, and driving business growth through strategic account planning and execution.
* Main Responsibilities:
* Account Management: In charge of existing clients within the assigned territory.
* Develop and implement comprehensive account plans to achieve sales targets, foster account growth, and identify new business opportunities.
* Acquisition of new key accounts within the assigned territory.
* Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess their needs, address concerns, and provide solutions that meet their objectives.
Key Qualifications:
Commercial Expertise: Strong influencing and negotiation skills, thriving in the creation and maintenance of successful long-term commercial relationships with clients and other stakeholders.
Results Orientation: Experienced with proven ability to deliver results in an autonomous working environment.
Industry Knowledge: Solid experience and commercial knowledge of the travel & hospitality industries.
Business Acumen: Commercially good knowledge of business for B2B, as well as new business segments and models.
Project Management: Project management skills.
Language Proficiency: Proficiency in English is required. Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
