About this role:
We're looking for a highly skilled Social Media Manager to join our team.
As a Social Media Manager, you'll be responsible for defining and executing our voice across multiple social media platforms, growing an engaged audience through clear, professional, and impactful content.
This is a full-time, remote position that requires candidates based in Mexico, Brazil, Colombia, Argentina, or Peru, who can report directly to our Marketing Director and collaborate closely with our Community Manager.
Key responsibilities include planning, creating, and maintaining a dynamic content calendar, developing or briefing multimedia content, proactively responding to comments and messages, and executing campaigns to drive follower growth and engagement.
You'll also work closely with the Marketing and Community teams to share insights, launch coordinated campaigns, and pilot new platform features or strategies.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* 1-2 years of experience managing social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, or X).
* Fluent in English (written and spoken); proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
* Excellent copywriting skills—clear, concise, and professional social captions.
* Proficient with scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and basic multimedia creation/editing (Capcut, Canva, Adobe Spark).
* Comfortable analyzing social media data to inform strategy and performance improvements.
