This is a vital role in ensuring that women and children receive the highest standard of support when they need it most.As Quality and Operational Development Manager, you will lead on obtaining external accreditations, refresh internal audit processes, and oversee the development and review of operational policies. You'll work collaboratively across teams and with survivors to ensure our services reflect best practice, legal compliance, and feminist values. We're looking for someone with strong communication skills, experience in quality assurance or accreditation, and experience of working within domestic abuse or gender-based violence services, alongside a commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusion.This is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact.
