Product Strategist
We are seeking a skilled Product Strategist to lead the implementation of Loyalty and Marketing Automation platforms for LATAM markets.
You will be responsible for driving business growth through effective product ownership, bridging the gap between marketing teams and technical delivery groups.
Main Responsibilities:
* Owning and prioritizing the product backlog for Loyalty and Marketing Automation initiatives.
* Developing clear epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria; maintaining documentation in Confluence.
* Collaborating with global and local teams to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions.
* Facilitating agile ceremonies and ensuring timely, value-driven delivery.
Requirements:
* 5–8 years' experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar in marketing tech or CRM.
* Strong grasp of Agile methodology and sprint management.
* Familiarity with MarTech tools – CDPs, loyalty/promo engines, and automation platforms.
* Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish or Portuguese.
* Agile certification (CSPO, SAFe PO/PM) is a plus.
