We are looking for a highly skilled Operational Excellence Professional to join our team.
Job Description
This role will involve developing and implementing operational excellence strategies that support business objectives and drive continuous improvement within the operation and stakeholders.
* Develop and implement comprehensive operational excellence initiatives to enhance efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.
* Leverage Lean Six Sigma tools and methodologies to analyze and improve processes, identify areas of improvement, and develop solutions to address these opportunities.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement process improvements, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
* Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of operational excellence initiatives and make data-driven decisions to optimize results.
* Develop and maintain a continuous improvement framework and toolkit, including process maps, metrics, and best practices on the sites.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in engineering, logistics, or supply chain management.
* English Intermediate to advanced (writing, listening, and speaking).
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics operations and process improvement.
* Strong knowledge of process improvement methodologies, including Six Sigma, Lean, and Kaizen.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
