Salesforce Health Cloud Expert
We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Business Analyst to join our team in a key role that involves leveraging the capabilities of Salesforce Health Cloud to drive healthcare operations and outcomes.
About the Role:
* Act as the subject matter expert for Salesforce Health Cloud, providing functional and technical support.
* Analyze business processes and identify opportunities to leverage Salesforce capabilities to improve healthcare operations and outcomes.
* Translate business needs into user stories, system requirements, and functional specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
* Configure Salesforce Health Cloud components including Care Plans, Patient Timelines, Provider Networks, and custom workflows.
* Collaborate with Salesforce developers and administrators to design, test, and implement solutions.
* Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to support clinical and business decision-making.
* Ensure data integrity and compliance with healthcare regulations such as HIPAA.
* Provide training and documentation for end users and stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst, Functional Analyst, or similar role.
* 1+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Health Cloud.
* Strong understanding of healthcare workflows and patient engagement processes.
* Ability to gather, document, and prioritize business and technical requirements.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on user experience.
* 3-5 years of SQL experience for extracting, transforming, and analyzing patient and operational data.
* Strong communication and storytelling skills to convey data findings in a patient-centered, outcome-oriented context.
* Familiarity with healthcare data structures such as claims data (LAAD, Optum, etc.), pharmacy data, and outreach data (Salesforce).
* Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI) to create clear, accessible dashboards and reports.
* Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including patient advocates, digital health product managers, patient services managers.
* Proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets for ad hoc analyses and quick-turn reporting.
* Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently.
