Marketing Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing campaigns aimed at attracting qualified doctors to underserved communities.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in marketing, with a strong background in B2B and B2C marketing. They will also possess excellent communication and project management skills, as well as the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
In this role, you will design and execute localized marketing strategies to attract doctors to work in these communities. You will also work closely with our recruitment and client teams to understand doctor profiles, community needs, and positioning strategies.
Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement strategic marketing campaigns to attract qualified doctors to underserved communities
* Design and execute localized marketing strategies to attract patients to newly settled doctors and healthcare organizations
* Collaborate with recruitment and client teams to understand doctor profiles, community needs, and positioning strategies
* Run digital paid campaigns to build awareness and trust
* Manage content creation with a strong focus on human-centered storytelling
* Establish marketing processes and systems that can be replicated across multiple regions and healthcare organizations
* Measure and optimize campaigns based on data: patient sign-ups, website visits, cost per acquisition, and more
Requirements:
* 5+ years of experience in marketing
* Good level in English (main work language serving North American clients)
* Experience in marketing agencies or start-ups
* B2B + B2C experience
* Entrepreneur/business mindset
* Passion for healthcare, purpose-driven work, or community building
* Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, Word Press/HTML, and analytics platforms
