Role and Responsibilities
Areas of Responsibilities in this role, you will be responsible for:
1. Manage and grow key D2C channels, ensuring revenue growth. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key partners. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing channels.
2. Coordinate and support existing D2C KAMs to ensure alignment on sales targets, promotional activities, and inventory management. Collaborate with sales teams to create data-driven sales strategies that align with business objectives and market demands. Identify opportunities for revenue growth and channel expansion through targeted initiatives and improved partner engagement.
3. Work closely with D2C KAMs to build stronger relationships with partners, ensuring seamless stock management, promotional fund utilization, and pricing optimization.
4. Track key sales performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular reports to assess progress against targets. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address challenges and capitalize on opportunities for sales growth.
Requirements
1. Graduates of industrial engineering, business administration or related
2. 5 years in similar positions in multinational companies
3. Advanced-intermediate level of English
4. Analytical capability with the ability to interpret sales data, market trends, and consumer insights. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences. Proven experience in sales strategy development, partner management, or e-commerce operations. Familiarity with CRM tools, e-commerce platforms, and digital marketing strategies. Knowledge of Key Account Management (KAM) processes and best practices.
