A global leader in photovoltaics specializing in high-efficiency monocrystalline wafers, modules and plant solutions, with integrated end-to-end manufacturing capabilities.
Responsibilities
* Drive sales of solar PV modules in Brazil or Mexico, achieving annual sales targets.
* Develop local distributor, EPC contractor, and utility-scale project developer networks.
* Design regional sales strategies and execute marketing campaigns (e.g., trade shows, technical seminars).
* Manage end-to-end client relationships, including negotiation, contracting, and payment follow-up.
* Collaborate with internal technical and logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
* Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to inform business strategy.
Qualifications
* Fluent in English & Spanish (Mexico), Fluent in English & Portuguese (Brazil), preferably Chinese expats or local Chinese-speaking candidates.
* 3-5 years of sales experience in the market for solar panels, with a strong network in the local solar market.
* Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in utility-scale or C&I solar projects.
* Strong negotiation skills and Team leadership experience is a plus.
