IDP Solutions Expert
We are seeking an expert to deliver end-to-end IDP solutions at a leading organization. The successful candidate will work closely with business and technical stakeholders to analyze document requirements, design extraction strategies, configure IDP platforms, and orchestrate document workflows, including human-in-the-loop validation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze documents and business requirements to define extraction feasibility and development effort.
• Design and architect IDP solutions, including document classification, labeling strategies, extraction rules, NLP/ML models, and workflow design.
• Build and manage workflows including validation and human-in-the-loop activities.
• Conduct testing, performance evaluation, and quality assurance of extraction models.
• Fine-tune classifiers, rules, and ML models to improve accuracy and meet KPIs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and deliver documentation, training, and knowledge transfer.
Requirements:
• Hands-on experience delivering IDP projects end-to-end.
• Strong knowledge of document extraction techniques, like extraction rules, NLP, deep learning etc.
• Experience with IDP solutions design, architecture, and workflow definition.
• Familiarity with IDP tools such as UiPath Document Understanding, Kofax/ Tungsten, Amazon Textract, Google Document AI, Microsoft AI Builder / Document Intelligence.
• Experience with ABBYY Vantage/FlexiCapture is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g. JavaScript, Python) for customization and integration.
• Strong communication skills with proficiency in English (written and spoken).
