Business Development Assistant Opportunity
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our international sales team as a Business Development Assistant. This role will provide an opportunity to support business development activities in the public sector, working closely with experienced professionals to identify and pursue new opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Identify and assess opportunities in the public sector via procurement portals, utilizing market research and analysis skills to determine potential for growth and expansion.
* Support proposal preparation by gathering relevant data and documentation, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail in all materials submitted.
* Develop project references and CVs tailored to tender requirements, showcasing the candidate's expertise and qualifications.
* Collaborate with team members on an internal knowledge base of public tenders and best practices, sharing knowledge and expertise to drive success.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will possess strong MS-Office skills, including proficiency in MS-Excel and MS-Teams, as well as excellent planning, organizational, and communication skills.
Additionally, the candidate should be fluent in Portuguese, German, and English (B2-C1), have a reliable and detail-oriented attitude with a willingness to learn quickly, and demonstrate interest in public sector processes, international collaboration, and technology-driven projects.
