About the Murex Developer Role
We are seeking a highly skilled developer to join our team, supporting strategic initiatives within the financial sector.
The role begins as fully remote, with relocation to Portugal expected after an agreed transition period.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop, customize, and maintain components and configurations within Murex MX.3, across modules such as Trading, Risk, Collateral, and Back Office.
* Build and enhance workflows, simulation views, formulas, and MxML Exchange interfaces.
* Design and maintain integrations with internal and external systems (REST, SOAP, MQ, APIs, ETL, etc.).
* Troubleshoot and resolve production incidents, ensuring system stability and performance.
* Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, QA, and project teams to gather requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
* Support release cycles, functional testing, regression testing, and UAT phases.
* Maintain compliance with technical standards, documentation, and governance processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Proven experience in Murex MX.3 development.
* Strong understanding of trading, risk, collateral, and back office modules.
* Ability to design and maintain complex integrations.
