Role Summary As the Merchant Acquisition Strategy Manager, you will shape how Keeta grows its merchant supply in Brazil. This is a strategy and analytics role, not a customer-facing account management position. You'll work at the intersection of data, market knowledge, and commercial judgment: building a clear view of the merchant landscape, and designing the playbooks that give our business development teams a real edge. Key Responsibilities 1. Merchant Targeting & Prioritization Build and maintain a structured view of the merchant landscape, segmented by category, price tier, and geography, to define acquisition priorities. Identify high-quality merchant targets by combining platform data with on-the-ground market knowledge — knowing not just who to sign, but why and when. Continuously refine the target pipeline based on evolving business needs and market dynamics. 2. Acquisition Strategy & Proposition Design Develop differentiated acquisition strategies for different merchant segments, including value propositions, timing, and resource allocation logic. Assess brand and merchant value to determine appropriate partnership terms and investment levels. Translate platform capabilities — traffic placements, promotional support, operational resources — into compelling, merchant-specific propositions. 3. Market Intelligence Develop a deep, current understanding of Brazil's F&B and restaurant ecosystem: which categories are growing, which brands are underserved, and what drives merchant decision-making on platform choice. Monitor the competitive landscape and surface actionable insights to inform strategy and prioritization. 4. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with business development teams to ensure strategies translate into executable, on-the-ground playbooks. Partner with Product, Operations, and Marketing to align platform capabilities with merchant acquisition needs. Collaborate with Sa
