We aspire to shape future mobility dreams and turn them into reality."Joining the Marelli Green Technologies team means becoming a part of something bigger, a place where you can explore your potential, pioneer innovation.As a global yet fast-evolving company, we're looking for team members who want to grow and evolve with us.About the Position:We are looking for a Latam HR Analys to join the HR Department for Green technologies team, reporting directly to the HR Manager.This position is based at our office in Amparo.As the Latam HR Analyst at Marelli, you will be responsible:Your Responsibilities will be:Recruit and select candidates for technical, administrative, and management positions, conducting interviews and administering tests to identify the best skills to refer to the applicant.Admit new employees, following internal procedures, entering data into systems, and supporting new employees.Develop and implement an annual training program, assessing the needs of the various areas, with a view to continuously improving technical training, customer requirements, and individual and collective performance.Prepare the personnel expense budget and monitor it.Control headcount and prepare forecasts, budgets, and other necessary reports.Develop and conduct internal training and new employee integration programs.Participate in the corporate team for employee performance and competency assessment, to propose plans for evolution and development.Recruit and select candidates for technical, administrative, and management positions, conducting interviews and administering tests to identify the best skills to refer to the requester.Admit new employees, following internal procedures, entering data into systems, and supporting new employees.Develop and implement an annual training program, in accordance with the organizational strategy and employee development and professional education objectives, assessing the needs of the various areas, with a view to continuously improving technical training, customer requirements, and individual and collective performance.Prepare the personnel expense budget and monitor it to identify whether resources are being invested as planned.Control headcount and prepare forecasts, budgets, and other necessary reports.Develop and conduct internal training and new employee integration programs.Work in line with corporate human resources demands in order to implement the area's strategy at the plant.Participate in the corporate team for employee performance and skills assessment, to propose plans for evolution and development.Represent the company and participate in corporate meetings of the Marelli group, Educational, Cultural and Social Centers, informal human resources groups and others, in order to learn about new methodologies and tools focused on human resources management.Prepare compensation proposals for new employees, promotions, merit, and other compensation-related processes and implement corporate compensation policies at the plant.Coordinate the various audits already in place in order to continuously improve the plant's performance and score. For new standards, lead and support related areas to ensure compliance.Develop the succession plan together with managers and facilitate internal movements for the effectiveness of the Succession Plan.Act as a mentor to managers for team reorganization, offering solutions for changes in roles and responsibilities.
