About The Role: The HR Business Partner guides managers, supervisors, and employees on HR practices, including team development, promoting communication and organizational culture initiatives, and contributing to continuous workplace improvement. You will act as a strategic HR partner to leadership, supporting decision-making related to people, performance, and organizational climate. What will you do? Act as a strategic HR partner to leadership, supporting data-driven decision-making; Plan and execute the full T&D cycle, from Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to effectiveness evaluation (Reaction, Learning, Behavior, and Results); Monitor HR metrics (attrition, turnover, absenteeism, climate, etc.) and propose improvement actions; Support the entire employee lifecycle (onboarding, development, internal mobility, and offboarding); Drive retention and employee experience strategies based on data, focus groups, surveys, and action plans; Provide internal consultancy to departments and leadership, identifying competency gaps and proposing development solutions; Prepare and analyze OD (Organizational Development) KPIs, reporting results and suggesting action plans to optimize development investments. What do you need to have? Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, or related fields; Solid experience in Human Resources, acting as a Business Partner focused on OD (Organizational Development); Experience in fast-paced corporate environments (e.g., BPO, contact centers, or high-volume operations); Experience in performance management, organizational climate, and engagement; Experience with HR metrics and KPIs (attrition, turnover, absenteeism, retention, etc.); Experience with onboarding, employee lifecycle, and retention programs; Advanced English for communication and reporting to the global team (minimum B2 level); Proficiency in metrics management and data analysis; Postgraduate degree or MBA in People Management, Organizational Psychology, or related areas is a plus; Strong ability to influence and build partnerships with leadership; Clear, assertive, and diplomatic communication; Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple demands; Analytical profile with a strategic mindset.
