About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled IT Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in computer systems, networks, and cloud platforms.
* A working level of spoken and written English is required.
* Proven experience in IT support, systems administration, or a similar role is essential.
* Deep knowledge of computer systems, networks, operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux), and cloud platforms (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365) is necessary.
Key Responsibilities
* Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, systems, and networks for all employees.
* Serve as the first point of contact for internal IT support requests.
* Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls across Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, and other SaaS platforms.
* Support the deployment and integration of new productivity and collaboration tools.
Requirements
* Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
* Ability to solve problems independently and communicate solutions clearly.
* Experience with endpoint management, SaaS administration, and automation tools.
* Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices, including MFA, VPNs, patch management, and incident response.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
