We are looking for the leader of Methods Chapter that is a group within our organization responsible for defining, standardizing, and optimizing processes, methodologies, and best practices used in the company, such as Agile and PMI for the execution and delivery of initiatives at different levels. Its main objective is to improve the efficiency, quality, and consistency of work through the application of appropriate frameworks, methodologies, and tools.About youA profile is needed with a combination of technical, management, and leadership skills. Here are the key aspects:Methodologies Agile/Project Management: Deep knowledge in methodologies such as PMI (PMBOK), Agile, Scrum, SAFe, Kanban.Project Governance: Prioritization and control of resources and projects aligned with the company's strategy defined by the Portfolio team.Change Management: Implementation of new methodologies and ensuring organizational adoption.Methodologies and Frameworks: Definition, improvement, and standardization of project management methodologies together with Agile frameworks.KPIs and OKRs: Definition and tracking of project and PMO success indicators.Tool Management: Experience with tools like MS Project, Jira, Asana, SNOW, Clarity PPM, or similar.Strategic Vision: Aligning projects with business objectives.Team Leadership and Management: Leading a team of Project Managers, Scrum Masters, and Program Managers.Influence Capability: Negotiation and persuasion with stakeholders and executive management.Change Management and Organizational Culture: Facilitating the adoption of new methodologies and processes.Problem Solving and Decision Making: Conflict management and resource optimization.Project Management Professional (PMP): PMI certification.Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or SAFe Agilist (SA): Scrum Alliance / Scaled Agile certification.ITIL: If the PMO manages IT projects.Lean Six Sigma: For process optimization.Agile knowledge and/or certifications: (SCRUM/Kanban/SAFE, etc).Experience: Ideally, experience in sectors where project management is key, such as CPG, retail, technology, banking, or manufacturing, and at least 2-3 years in Agile methodologies.Language: English speaker - professional level.Location: This position can be based in Brazil or Mexico.About Danone
