Key Qualifications
* 5–7+ years of experience in IT Program/Project Management, preferably within large enterprise environments.
* Proven expertise in M&A integrations, including application rationalization, data migration, and change management.
* Strong technical knowledge: understanding of architecture, data flows, APIs, middleware, and system dependencies.
* Experience with legacy and modern technology stacks, including application reengineering and consolidations.
* Excellent leadership skills, comfortable working with business, technical, and vendor teams.
* Tools & Methodologies:
o Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery models.
o Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Smartsheet, or equivalent.
o Familiarity with integration platforms (e.g., MuleSoft, Boomi, Informatica).
* Skilled in risk, budget, and timeline management, navigating complex program dependencies and constraints.
