Join us at Samsung and find your opportunity to do what you can’t.We are seeking an experienced, dynamic and strategic Sales Manager to balance sell-in and sell-out results with key accounts, foster growth opportunities, and drive category development by collaborating with internal business and support areas. This role offers opportunities to work with multiple areas of the company that interact with sales, such as finance, logistics, legal, SCM, marketing, and channel partners.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild, by customer, sales and execution plans: Sell-in and Sell-out targets, Operations KPIs, S&OP, and ensure compliance with these targets.Lead regular meetings with customers to present targets, KPIs and define action plans to leverage results.Coordinate with all areas that interact with customers: Finance, Logistics, Sales Management, Legal, etc.Attend internal meetings with the operations team to define channel sales forecasts.Visit stores with partners to identify opportunities at the point of sale.Develop and enhance online and digital platforms for customers.Assemble business opportunities with customers and other partners.Manage multiple demands simultaneously with good judgment in prioritization.QualificationsBachelor degree: Business, Engineering, Marketing or a related field.Experience in Sales, Trade Marketing.Experience with retail "large accounts" is mandatory.Minimum 7-10 years of experience in sales management.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Analytical mindset with proficiency in analytics.Language: Advanced English is mandatory.Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint abilities.Why Samsung ElectronicsJoin a Global TeamWork with a dynamic and diverse team, constantly interacting with different cultures.Shape the FutureCollaborate in an open, innovative environment where your ideas come to life, creating products that redefine the future.Make an ImpactContribute to groundbreaking technologies that improve lives and support communities worldwide.
