* Optimize application performance, scalability, and security across the stack
Required Skills and Qualifications
* 5+ years of experience building and scaling web applications
* Expert-level proficiency in TypeScript, Next.js, and React
* Strong background in MongoDB, Redis, Docker, and cloud providers like AWS or GCP
* Excellent communication skills, thrive in remote and autonomous environments
* Bonus: Experience with Zod, tRPC, Prisma, Jest/Playwright, BullMQ, and fintech/lending industry knowledge
