- Lead the creation of editorial calendars, content flows, and campaign storytelling;
- Ensure consistency in tone of voice, messaging, and brand positioning across all communications;
- Coordinate the production of content for social media, blogs, newsletters, landing pages, videos, campaigns, and other digital formats;
- Review and guide deliverables from copywriters, social media professionals, creators, and external partners;
- Analyze content performance metrics and propose optimization strategies based on data insights;
- Monitor social media trends, digital culture, audience behavior, and emerging content formats;
- Restructure the website with a focus on the Portuguese language, applying SEO strategy, user journey optimization, and conversion-focused improvements;
- Create and lead the company's long-form and strategic content initiatives, including blogs, master guides, institutional pages, and landing pages;
- Develop authoritative and in-depth content related to visas, citizenship, investment migration, and international mobility topics;
- Define and manage the social media editorial calendar with a focus on audience growth, engagement, and lead generation;
- Ensure technical and legal terminology is communicated in a clear, accessible, and user-friendly way;
- Work strategically with keywords, content architecture, and internal linking structures;
- Optimize existing content and identify quick-win opportunities for traffic and conversion improvements.#ABOUTYOU- Previous experience in content strategy and content management roles;
- Background in agencies, communications, digital marketing, or related industries;
- Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills in both Portuguese and English;
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, digital formats, and content journeys;
- Ability to transform briefs into structured editorial strategies and actionable plans;
- Experience managing projects, timelines, and multiple priorities simultaneously;
- Analytical mindset with the ability to monitor metrics and identify improvement opportunities;
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills within multidisciplinary teams;
