What You'll Bring (Essential Requirements)Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience).8+ years of experience in product management or related roles.Strong knowledge and experience in Brazil's financial regulatory framework (e.g., local compliance, reporting standards).Solid understanding of international regulatory standards such as Basel, IFRS.Deep expertise in financial risk management systems and processes.Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects and influence stakeholders.Strong analytical skills with experience in market research and forecasting.Excellent communicator who thrives in global, collaborative environments.
Nice to HaveAdvanced degree or certification (e.g., MBA, PMP, FRM).Experience in capital markets, fintech, or regulated industries.Familiarity with global product launches and lifecycle management.
