Sales Manager Position
We are seeking a seasoned Sales Manager to spearhead growth in the Latin American market.
The ideal candidate will have experience selling nutraceutical ingredients to dietary supplement and functional food & beverage industries, with a proven track record of building long-term customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and grow key accounts across LATAM, fostering strong senior-level relationships with brand owners, contract manufacturers, and distributors.
* Develop and execute country- and segment-level territory plans to capture new business opportunities.
* Present nutraceutical ingredients to customers, clearly articulating benefits, applications, and go-to-market strategies.
* Collaborate with technical, regulatory, and marketing teams to deliver tailored solutions and product launches.
* Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify white spaces and protect market share.
* Meet and exceed quarterly/annual sales targets with accurate forecasting and disciplined CRM management.
* Represent the company at regional trade shows, conferences, and industry events.
* Provide technical/product support to customers in coordination with internal teams.
* Stay up-to-date with regional regulations and standards.
