About the Role We are looking for a Email Graphic Designer to lead and elevate creative execution across our Retention & Lifecycle Marketing team. This role is ideal for a highly skilled designer who not only produces exceptional email creative but also drives efficiency through design systems, mentors junior talent, and contributes to broader marketing storytelling through high-impact visual content. You will play a key role in shaping how brands communicate with their customers across email and lifecycle channels—while also extending creative into thought leadership assets such as case studies, one-pagers, and slide decks used across LinkedIn and other marketing channels. As part of our Creative Guild, you'll collaborate with cross-functional creative leaders across UI/UX, branding, and digital experience to continuously evolve our standards and capabilities.
