We are looking for a Technical Operator (affirmative position for PCD) to join the Production Area team at P&G in Manaus.
Prepare, operate, adjust and maintain equipment in your specific production line following standard work processes.
Analyze safety risks and act appropriately to prevent incidents.
Analyze and control product quality according to standards via visual and dimensional inspection.
Fill production reports and various production controls.
Perform tasks according to function standards.
Ensure equipment and work area cleanliness and organization.
Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance with a qualified team.
Maintain basic equipment condition, troubleshooting faults autonomously or escalating as needed.
Create inspection criteria standards and visual controls.
Conduct root cause analyses for equipment, process, and loss issues.
Lead one of the natural team's work systems, performing audits and implementing action plans for continuous improvement.

Technical course related to production area.
