We are seeking a full-time, remote Senior DevOps Engineer with 5+ years of experience of cloud and DevOps experience to join the core team of our U.S. client. In this role, you will work on both our client's and their clients' software products bridging the gap between development and operations. You will do so by leveraging your expertise in cloud technologies and DevOps principles to design, build, deploy, and manage cloud infrastructure and applications.Our client is a venture studio that surrounds industry subject matter experts with senior technical talent to build AI-native software solving real-world problems as well as consulting services to propel software companies along their AI journey.ResponsibilitiesDesign, build, and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure and deployment pipelinesDevelop and implement automated CI/CD workflowsPartner with engineering and data teams to operationalize AI/ML models, services, and applications in production environmentsEstablish best practices for infrastructure as code (IaC), observability, reliability, and securityBuild frameworks and tooling to streamline feature release velocity while maintaining system stability and complianceEvaluate and integrate emerging AI tooling (e.G., code generation, testing automation, AIOps) into DevOps workflowsOptimize cloud resource utilization and cost efficiency across distributed systemsLead incident response, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement of system resilienceAdvise on DevOps maturity, cloud architecture, and AI-enabled engineering practicesRequired ExperienceExcellent English communication and teamwork skills5+ years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) rolesStrong expertise in cloud platforms (e.G., AWS, GCP, or Azure) and cloud-native architecturesProven experience building and managing CI/CD pipelines (e.G., GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, ArgoCD)Deep knowledge of containerization and orchestration (e.G., Docker, Kubernetes)Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code tools (e.G., Terraform, AWS CloudFormation)Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools (e.G., GitHub Copilot, CodeWhisperer, LLM APIs) and their integration into workflowsStrong scripting/programming skills (e.G., Python, Bash)Solid understanding of monitoring, logging, and observability tools (e.G., Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog)Experience with security best practices in cloud and DevOps environments (e.G., IAM, secrets management, compliance)Ability to design systems that balance delivery speed with reliability and governanceStrong communication skills with the ability to work across engineering, product, and executive stakeholdersProven ability to stay self-motivated, work hard, own problems from start to finish, and deliver in a vibrant, fast-moving environmentDemonstrated ability to work independently or as part of a broader team.Trustworthy, team-oriented, and transparentPreferred ExperienceUniversity degree in a technical fieldExperience with AWSAdditional InformationKnowing your ideas are heard and matter think big!You get to own your job and be recognized for your contributionsWork with smart and creative peopleMaking mistakes is human.
