Key Responsibilities
* Transform raw creator footage into persuasive short-form ads (15-90 seconds) that convert cold traffic into buyers.
* Craft hooks that stop thumbs in the first 3 seconds, deploy engagement disruptors, optimize pacing for platform algorithms, and A/B test visual approaches based on performance data.
* Post-produce excellence with color grading, sound design, motion graphics, and seamless transitions using Premiere Pro, After Effects, or DaVinci Resolve.
* Rapidly iterate and test new concepts weekly, leveraging AI-enhanced workflow tools to maximize output without sacrificing quality.
