Job Description
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for collaborating with commercial and technical teams on global client projects, focusing on strategy and performance across CRM & Marketing Automation, Inbound Marketing, Content Marketing, and related areas. You will research benchmarks, lead brainstorming sessions, and define concepts and storytelling for use cases (campaigns, journeys, and website experiences). Additionally, you will design use cases strategies in Miro, including flows and detailed documentation such as main objectives and audience segmentation.
You will write complete creative briefs and support in reviewing final deliverables to ensure alignment with the proposed strategy. Furthermore, you will analyze results and create reports, identifying insights and proposing strategy optimizations, A/B testing, and guiding next project steps. Your role will also involve leading discovery, consulting, and brainstorming sessions with clients to understand their short-, mid-, and long-term business goals, user behavior and lifecycle, and more. Support will be provided in creating, planning, and prioritizing the roadmap, as well as assisting the team lead and project management teams in creating and updating workflows, effort estimates, documentation and briefing templates, presentations, sales proposals, and other related materials.

Required Skills and Qualifications
Our ideal candidate has experience in marketing, planning, and/or strategy projects. They must have knowledge of or hands-on experience with marketing automation tools such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Campaign, Marketo, RD Station, HubSpot, or similar. Additionally, they should have experience with CRM channel strategies (email, SMS, push notifications, and/or WhatsApp) and tech-savviness, with a willingness to learn more about Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC). Strong business and marketing acumen are required, along with good listening skills, ability to identify client pain points, and propose concrete strategic solutions. An intermediate proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) is also necessary. Finally, a Bachelor's or postgraduate degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, Design, or related fields — or a degree in another area with relevant marketing experience — is mandatory.
Intermediate to advanced Spanish proficiency is considered a plus, as well as experience monitoring and analyzing data from Google Analytics, Datorama dashboards, Power BI, or Data Studio, and creating slide decks for reporting presentations. Knowledge of and/or experience in other digital marketing areas and channels (e.g., content, social media, paid media, websites, blogs, digital products, etc.) is also beneficial. Experience working on digital projects for large companies involving agencies or consultancies (either as part of the agency team or the client-side team) is highly valued.
