About the job
- Manage all press relations activities, PR agencies and partnerships as well as influencers. This includes coordinating fiscal and legal processes (invoices) to transit samples for celebrities, influencers, PR or sponsoring requests and others.
- If aligned and approved by Marketing Delivery, co-develop any local activations where there are any gaps and needs from the local market
- Brief and manage output of local agencies, including Media, PR, influencer content and Social Media partners. Responsibilities include monitoring performance monthly through pre-defined KPIs and ensuring contractual requirements are met as well as providing feedback on necessary adjustments
- Responsible for digital marketing activities and for ensuring that the ROMI guidelines provided by central along with the Market Activation plan are executed according to the local budget plans
- Assist and develop clear guidelines and monitoring compliance to ensure brand consistency for online shops, social media channels used by partners and others.
- Ensure consistency in execution of digital media plans, social media plans, e-com activation supports. This includes developing clear guidelines and monitoring compliance to ensure brand consistency for online shops in existing but also new multichannel accounts.
- Assist on the performance marketing initiatives coordinated by 3rd parties, such as SEO and other digital investments, making sure it is aligned with the business channel needs.
- Interpret results of social media & digital marketing efficiency and campaign effectiveness. Monitor performance of digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Align with all other marketing functions to ensure consistency in execution of marketing activities across all touchpoints and support key events i.e. Swarovski Days, etc. linked to IR channels.
- Managing any local marketing portal agencies to streamline all marketing requests from partner accounts. This includes overseeing all created artwork as well as seeking approval from Marketing Director on any additional requests for coop print or social advertising and events if necessary.
- Support the creation and delivery of all social and online campaign assets to partners to help promote new collections to drive footfall in stores.
- Responsible for the orchestration and the successful delivery of Marketing events, this includes, PR events, CRM events, Swarovski Days, etc. according to market activation plan.
- Ensure and track that events deliver to the expectations and budget allocated. This includes contributing on forecasting expenses as well as monitoring execution of plans.
About you
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3-5 years of professional experience in a similar role
- Strong analytical skills, ability to analyze and utilize financial measurements.
- Advance knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong understanding of Merchandising and Product.
- Advance level of Portuguese and English
- Spanish is a plus
