Job Title: Project Coordinator Duration: contractLocation: Brazil - RemoteResponsibilitiesDetermine customer and project contacts from the Statement of Work.Identify resources needed and assign or request resource assignments for engagements.Establish project kickoff calls and project start dates in conjunction with project stakeholders.Develop project schedules using appropriate tools and techniques and revise them as needed.Ensure all internal and customer team members understand project scope and individual responsibilities.Maintain schedules of tasks, deadlines, and team meetings; coordinate and communicate schedule information to the project team.Create and execute project work schedules and adjust them to meet changing requirements.Ensure project documentation is complete, current, and properly stored.Track and report team hours and expenses on a weekly basis.Create and provide weekly customer status reports throughout the engagement until purchased Time & Expense is exhausted or Firm Fixed Price deliverables are completed.Required SkillsFluent in Spanish and English (spoken, written, and reading). Portuguese is a plus.Strong written, verbal, presentation, and adaptive communication skills.Strong organizational skills, including experience with spreadsheets, project management tools, mind maps, information capture, attention to detail, and prioritization.Ability to adapt to shifting priorities, demands, and timelines, and respond efficiently to project changes.Experience with Google G Suite (Drive, Docs, Sheets, and Slides) is a plus.Education & ExperienceBachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, Business, or equivalent education, training, or experience.Relevant experience, such as 2–3 years in Project Management, may be considered equivalent experience.
