Job Title
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our organization in the role of Salesforce Business Analyst. This position requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Salesforce functionality and be able to design, configure, and implement solutions that align with business objectives.
* Gather and document business requirements by engaging with stakeholders.
* Analyze and optimize business processes using Salesforce functionalities.
* Prepare technical reports, dashboards, and visualizations by collecting and analyzing business data and CRM trends.
* Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT), prepare training materials, and facilitate learning sessions for end-users.
The successful candidate will have excellent stakeholder management skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with business leaders, project managers, developers, and end-users. They will also have a strong understanding of salesforce configuration and administration, as well as basic programming/scripting skills in Apex and SOQL.
Requirements
* Deep knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Quote, Order and Contract Management Testing (UAT)
* Business case writing, wireframing, and flow diagrams
* Salesforce configuration and administration
* Basic programming/scripting (Apex, SOQL) is advantageous
