Support the back office functions for clients, ensuring integration of People, Process, Technology, Organization, and Data
Assist in the preparation and review of financial statements and reports
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial processes
Oversee account reconciliations and ensure compliance with accounting standards
Provide insights and recommendations for financial performance improvements
Qualifications
Proven experience in accounting or finance roles
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
Proficiency in accounting software and tools
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in a leadership or supervisory role within finance
Familiarity with Finance as a Service (FaaS) models
Advanced degree in accounting, finance, or related field
Professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) is a plus
Strong communication skills for client interactions
