About the RoleWe’re building a talent pool for Senior React Native Engineers. This pipeline role is for engineers with strong experience, skilled in building high-performance, scalable mobile systems, and following best practices for architecture, performance, and maintainability.What You’ll Do- Build and maintain high-performance mobile apps using React Native and TypeScript.- Design app architecture and manage state, navigation, and offline workflows.- Integrate native iOS/Android modules and platform-specific features.- Optimize performance and ensure maintainable, secure code.- Collaborate with backend and product teams, contributing to technical decisions and releases.What We’re Looking For- 5+ years of React Native experience.- Strong proficiency TypeScript and modern state management libraries (Redux, Zustand, Recoil, or equivalent).- Deep understanding of mobile app architecture: navigation, performance tuning, offline-first workflows, and background tasks.- Experience with native iOS/Android modules (bridging, push notifications, secure storage).- Proven ability to design and deliver apps that meet security and compliance standards (secure data storage, encryption, RBAC).- Familiarity with CI/CD for mobile and release processes for App Store/Google Play.- Excellent communication skills, able to collaborate across backend, DevOps, and product teams.- Prior experience contributing to technical decision-making and architecture discussions.Nice to Have - Familiarity with GCP, Firebase, or mobile analytics frameworks.- Experience building cross-platform libraries or contributing to open-source React Native projects.- Hands-on work with GraphQL and secure API integrations.- Understanding of mobile accessibility (WCAG) and performance monitoring tools.Why Join Kake?Kake is a remote-first company with a global community — fully believing that it’s not where your table is, but what you bring to the table that matters.
