Senior 3D Frontend Developer
We are seeking a talented and motivated Senior 3D Frontend Developer to join our passionate team on an initial 12-month contract. As a Senior 3D Frontend Developer, you will play a key role in shaping the user interface and overall user experience of our platform.
This position will be hired primarily on a remote contractor basis. You will collaborate with product managers, UX/UI designers, and backend developers to implement visually appealing and intuitive user interfaces.
Roles and Responsibilities:
* Crafting high-quality, responsive web applications that bring products, cabinetry, and customized apartments to life in real-time.
* Developing and maintaining reusable code components and libraries for future use.
* Ongoing optimization of applications for maximum speed and scalability.
* Staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance our frontend development processes.
* Troubleshooting and debugging issues, ensuring a seamless user experience across various browsers and devices.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
* A degree specializing in, or experience with Computer Graphics would be an advantage.
* 5+ years proven experience as a Frontend Developer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
* Experience with Object Oriented Programming.
* Experience implementing 3D assets in frontend environments and optimizing for performance.
* Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, and modern frontend frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js).
* Experience with RESTful APIs and integration of third-party libraries.
* Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and best practices.
* Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
* Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
